Using the service finder
The service finder asks about service interests and visit preferences. Your selections are processed in your browser and are not submitted to LiveWell IV. It does not ask for your medical history or contact details.
Booking and other links
Online booking takes you to LiveWell IV’s Jane booking service, which has its own privacy terms. Phone, text, and email links open the corresponding app on your device. Share health information through the care team’s approved clinical process.
